Here are just a few signs that you've picked up negative energy from others and it's time to RELEASE it.
1. You were feeling fine moments ago, but suddenly after a conversation or interaction with a friend, partner, coworker, colleague or stranger, your feeling worse, drained or depleted
2. You feel yourself wanting to BLAME others around you for how YOU feel
3. You're feeling RESENTFUL about requests being made on your time
4. You're more cranky, irritable, or IMPATIENT than normal
