3 Ways to Turn a Crappy Week into a Blissful One!

Whoa what a week it has been for all of my clients! So much coming up for them⁠.⁠

Struggle, Frustration, Anger, Upset, Overwhelm.

It's as though the universe is putting all of our unresolved "stuff" in our face, whether we want it or not, and demanding we take a look at it. No more sweeping it under the rug.

No more hiding. No more pretending.⁠ ⁠

Ug! Just what we want in the middle of a global pandemic. ⁠

So much to process and move through.

If you are experiencing this, you are not alone.⁠

From years of experience, when I see this happening client after client and even within my own experience, I know that there are larger forces at play.

⁠ Something outside of our immediate experience in the collective flow of "universe" that is inviting an opportunity for healing and letting go.

That doesn't make it any easier or less painful, yet I find comfort in having context.
In remembering that I am part of something bigger than myself.

In these moments I lean into resources that support me. That inform me and uplift me. ⁠

Here are my top 3 ways that I do this...⁠

  1. ⁠ I download the monthly report from the @PowerPath, which gives me some context for what's going on in the world energetically and allows it to make it less about me and more about the energy of the time.⁠ ⁠

  2. I dig in hard to gratitude. Recognizing and remembering all of the things that are going well in my life and the amazingness of all the little things that make my life pretty extraordinary living in a first world country⁠. ⁠

  3. I go really general. I do my best to stop focusing on the specifics of any given upset and tap into a more general sense of what I know to be true. That things are generally working out, I have the capacity to learn and grow in any given situation, I have the capacity to heal anything if I choose to...and on and on.
