My 3 step process for setting boundaries (without feeling mean or icky)

Why are boundaries sooooo hard, "Lindsay" asked?

We had just witnessed one of the most beautiful breakthroughs around boundaries, in our Burnt Out to Blissed Out Mastermind call, and why they can be SO difficult to set and uphold.

Every woman on that call could relate to the struggle to set boundaries.

Even women who have grown leaps and bounds,

Still have blind spots.

Certain situations, where it feels like all of a sudden…

...you’re back on Sesame Street, learning to count to 4 with Fiest.

Learning the abc’s all over again.

You might even find yourself judging yourself.

Thinking…

“Why is it SO darn hard for me?”

“Why is it SO much easier for other people?”

…there’s a good reason.

There’s a program operating in your nervous system that’s telling you,

In some way, it’s not safe.
