Lost your glow? (It's time to get it back!)
I remember when this affirmation felt so far from the truth.
Radiant? Yeah right! I did not feel radiant and definitely not full of energy.
I felt "full", tired, lethargic, scattered and overwhelmed.
Seemingly happy on the outside but struggling on the inside.
Have you ever experienced those feelings?
In those moments, it kind of feels like radiant is for air-brushed, naturally happy people without real lives. You know what I'm saying?
Life feels overwhelming.
Your energy is low and depleted.
You feel irritable and impatient
Your time feels pressured.
Admittedly, you feel about as far from radiant as you can get!
So what gives? How do you get your radiance back when you feel anything but?
Step One: You admit out loud that you have a problem. Just own it. Don't struggle in silence. You're not alone. "I have lost my radiance, but I'm on a mission to get it back"
Step Two: You take a deep breath and remind yourself that you are capable of more than you realize. That there are people who love and support you and can help you find your way back the radiance you were born to experience.
Step Three: You trust that this situation is temporary. That you will find your way. That help is available.
Step Four: You go within. You ask yourself what it is that you really need in this moment to shift this? There is an infinite well of wisdom within you...the answers are just a breath away.
Step Five: You take the first baby step. You don't scare yourself. You start small. It's not an all or nothing journey to reclaim your radiance. It's a gentle step by step, one day at a time gift to yourself.
You were born to experience radiance and feel alive and full of energy.
Let the mantra pull you back to who you were born to be. Go after your Bliss and leave the Burnout behind.
"I am radiant and full of energy."
