Here are 5 simple ways to get started.

Schedule an off-season into your day

Rest is essential for recharging your energy. Without adequate sleep and downtime, you risk burnout and decreased performance.

What to do: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night. Create a restful environment (dim lights, no screens, cool room) and take breaks during the day, even if just for a few minutes of stretching. Rest isn’t a luxury; it’s key to working smarter, not harder.


Boundary like a boss

Being available 24/7 may seem necessary, but constant demands can drain your energy.

What to do: Learn to say "no" to unnecessary commitments. Block time in your schedule for deep work, self-care, or personal activities. Clearly communicate your boundaries with others and protect your mental space. Giving yourself room to breathe will recharge your energy.

Fuel your body with nourishing food
