For me, it's all about clearing out all of the gunk and debris from my energy field that doesn't belong to me or is no longer useful so that I can feel a deeper sense of calm and a renewed sense of purpose.

Kind of like clearing out the daily grit and grime from life that builds up and needs a deep clean once and a while. (Ya know what I'm talking about?)
