Super Food Blueberry Smoothie

1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup unsweetened coconut, hemp or almond milk
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tsp raw cocao or carob powder
1 Tbsp Honey
goji berries (optional)
Place in a blender and blend until smooth
