I don’t know about you, but I love to have a sense of direction and something that I’m moving towards.

It anchors me.

...and it can be really powerful to create an intention for the year to act as your beacon and guidepost

But what if you're not feeling it?

Coming into 2022, I was feeling this weird sense of “defleation”

…a feeling of defeated and deflated combined together.
 

It was almost as if there was a sense of feeling of "why bother" with all that's happening in the world right now.

But then I discovered, that it wasn’t only me. 

A number of my clients were feeling the same way. 

…and none of us wanted to stay in this M’eh energy of defleation. 

So I got to thinking about how I could turn it around for myself & support my clients to keep thriving in 2022

...because despite there being difficult and challenging circumstances all around them, every one of the women I worked with reported thriving in 2021
