Why asking for to help makes you WONDER WOMAN ⭐

Why asking for to help makes you WONDER WOMAN ⭐

A client of mine walked into my office the other day in a total state of overwhelm.

So overwhelmed with her to do’s she was practically frozen.

"I've changed my outfit 3 times already this morning and I've walked around the house getting nothing done. I don't even know where to begin."

Have you ever felt that level of overwhelm?

Where it feels like there is so much on your plate, you feel totally buzzed out and unable to decide where to start, so you accomplish nothing?

We went through my 3 step process for clearing overwhelm and got to a place where the priority in the moment was clear and achievable within 48 hours.

The rest could wait.

When I suggested she ask for help with her top priority she froze again and that look washed over her.

I see it often with my clients when I suggest asking for help.

The look that says, I'd rather vomit than ask for help.

"I can't" she said.

I'd be too embarrassed.

The truth is, she's not the only one who has this thought.

Almost ALL of my clients hate asking for help when they first start the Burnt Out to Blissed Out Program.

They're so used to being strong, capable fiercely independent women, that the thought of asking for help kinda makes them want to gag.

It usually boils down to one or more of these 5 reasons...

⭐ I'll be or feel embarrassed if "they" knew ______(fill in the blank)

⭐ "People" will judge me for not having it all together.

⭐ I don't want to bother anyone or put anyone out.

⭐ It's faster if I do it myself (except it's not actually getting done because theyre too busy)

⭐ It's going to be expensive or "cost" me too much and I don't want to owe anyone.

The truth is, that none of the above reasons are actually true.

They're simply stories that they've created in their minds based on their past experiences and subconscious blocks.

The real truth is...

Not asking for help, doesn't make you Wonder Woman, it makes you a worn out woman.

And wouldn't you rather be Wonder Woman?

**

In the end, we were able to clear her resistance and sub conscious blocks to asking for help so that she could accomplish more in less time, while having way more fun.

Not only did it give her the momentum she needed to get started, it turned out to be a wonderful way to create connection with a friend (and didn't even cost a penny)

Are there places in your life or business where you're resisting or avoiding asking for help?

If so, what's holding you back?

I'd love to hear if you relate to one of the reasons above or if you have a different block that holds you back.

In the mean time, what baby step could you take this week to ask for help so that you can accomplish more in less time while having fun doing it?

Just like Wonder Woman, be the C.E.O of your life and biz and ask for help, so that you don't have to feel worn out from being the "Chief Everything Officer" ⭐

P.s. If you're struggling with having to do it all and feel tired and overwhelmed, I'd love to help you uncover any subconscious blocks that may be holding you back from getting the help you need, so that you can accomplish more in less time (and have fun doing it).
